hostex32.exe, and it's process, HostExplorer for Windows 2000/XP/2003, have not been tested thoroughly enough yet to state definitely if they are harmful or not. Do you know what hostex32.exe is or what it does? If so, please post a comment and let everyone know if this file is harmful or not.
